The COAS conceptualizes, plans and organizes e-conferences, as a kind of online international sessions, in different areas of science. E-conferences are organized with different academic partner institutions (institutions of higher education, research institutes, governmental institutions, NGOs, scientific associations, etc.). The COAS e-conferences are organized as online presentations and discussions, through the main areas and topics of a conference, that involve scholars, administrators and PhD students from different countries. The COAS established rules for e-conferences, regarding the conceptualization, planning and organization of an e-conference.
The COAS organizes the following options of e-conferences: (1) An e-conference at the COAS website, when the COAS appears as organizer and publisher, with the support of partner institutions; and (2) An e-conference at the COAS website, when the COAS appears as only, or one of the organizers (publishers) (see the CONFERENCE GUIDE).
The COAS publishes Conference Proceedings of the following options of (e-) conferences: (1) An e-conference at the COAS website, when the COAS appears as organizer and publisher, with the support of partner institutions; (2) An e-conference at the COAS website, when the COAS appears as only, or one of the organizers (publishers); (3) An e-conference organized by the other academic institution(s), when the COAS appears as only, or one of the publishers; and (4) A conference organized by the other academic institution(s), when the COAS appears as only, or one of the publishers (see the CONFERENCE GUIDE).
All papers accepted by the Scientific Committee are published as Conference Proceedings, in the form of e-Book in pdf file exposed at the COAS website, or are published in the COAS Open Journals (based on author's decision). The Conference Proceedings have ISBN and DOI, and are submitted for indexing by the Web of Science Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), and to the other relevant international databases.
