The COAS accepts for online publishing complete academic books, such as monographs, textbooks, proceedings, edited books, book summaries, research reports, dissertations, theses, and the other academic issues (Open Books).

All manuscripts submitted for publishing will have blind reviewing. After finishing this process they will get regular eISBN for online editions and will published at the COAS website as pdf file.

The COAS Open Books will be freely and immediately available online and will be labeled as Open Access.

The COAS Open Books will be included automatically in the COAS Bookshelf at no additional charge to ensure complete distribution and visibility worldwide. The COAS ensures distribution to the widest possible audience, through Science Production Visibility project (SPV). In addition to the COAS Bookshelf and the SPV, all the COAS Open Books will be submitted for listing in the Directory of Open Access Books (DOAB), Web of Science, SCOPUS and in the other appropriate international databases.

The COAS Open Books will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY) license, so they can be reused and redistributed as long as the original author is attributed.

In addition to the open access electronic version, option of a print edition is offered alternatively for those authors who wish to publish a printed book respectively.

The authors of books accepted for publishing need to get the ORCID number (www.orcid.org), and Thomson-Reuters researcher ID (www.researcherid.com).
